Kyle Papish

Kyle is the Founder and CEO of Instafuse, and a proud U.S. military veteran. He brings a strong blend of leadership, innovation, and business insight to his role. After earning his MBA from American University, he continued his academic journey and is currently pursuing an MS in Finance at the same institution. Before launching Instafuse, he spent over a decade in the Department of Defense, where he held a variety of roles—including functional product manager and work in a Technical Innovation Office. His diverse background in defense, technology, and strategy fuels his mission to build smart, impactful solutions through Instafuse.

Sanjana Pendharkar

Sanjana is the CTO of Instafuse, where she combines her passion for analytics with her expertise in machine learning, AI agents, and LLM evaluation. Formerly, Sanjana worked at MITRE as a Data Scientist, where single-handedly developed an iOS app to help low-vision individuals navigate public transit, a project funded by the prestigious Early Career Research Program Award. Sanjana contributed to the academic community by submitting two manuscripts to leading journals, further cementing her status as a thought leader in the field. Her deep technical expertise and innovative mindset align perfectly with Instafuse's mission to transform data analysis for financial teams.
